Exchange only — no cash refunds

Queen Home offers product exchanges, not cash refunds. You'll choose another item of equal value (or pay/receive the difference) when you confirm your return.

What's eligible for exchange

  • You received the item within the last 2 days
  • The item is unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging with all accessories included
  • No signs of wear, scratches, or use

What's not eligible

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

How to request an exchange

Call, WhatsApp, or email us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Pack the item

Place the item back in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.

We pick it up

Our courier will collect the package. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Choose your exchange

After inspection, pick your exchange item — processed within 3 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you. You don't pay for return shipping in this case.

Processing time

Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the conditions, your exchange is processed within 3 business days.

Return shipping cost

For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged or wrong items, we cover all costs.
